Anhui Datian Casting Industry Co., Ltd., located in Tianchang City, is a production enterprise primarily specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of hydraulic castings. Its products include hydraulic steering valve bodies, cycloid hydraulic motor valve bodies, various multi-way valves, hydraulic pump bodies, and engineering machinery wheel hubs. The company mainly produces castings made of gray cast iron, alloy cast iron, nodular iron, vermicular graphite cast iron, etc., with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons. Its major customers include Zhenjiang Hydraulic Co., Ltd., Luoyang Tractor Factory, Dali Hydraulic Motor Company, XCMG Group, and LongGong (Shanghai) Precision Hydraulic Company. Since 2014, the company has been exporting its castings to Europe, America, and other countries.  

The company specializes in the research, development, and production of hydraulic castings and their accessories. In the absence of a unified standard for hydraulic castings in China, the company established a dedicated team to formulate standards for hydraulic components. Based on customer feedback, practical experience in production, and reference to domestic and international materials, the team developed enterprise standards applicable to the production of hydraulic cast iron parts. In 2009, Dr. Jiao Wenrui represented the group company to participate in the formulation of the ***** standard.  

The main production processes include high-pressure molding with green sand casting and precoated sand shell casting, both utilizing fully automated production lines. We possess a fully automated sand processing production line from Eirich of Germany, one AMF-Ⅲ06 fully automated molding production line and one AMF-Ⅱ06L fully automated molding production line from Higashi Hisatachi of Japan, two FVN-Ⅱ fully automated pouring machines from Shin-Toho of Japan, one 2-ton one-to-two medium frequency electric furnace manufactured by ABP of Germany, one 2-ton one-to-two medium frequency electric furnace from Xi'an Electromechanical Institute, and two DBW-030D automatic deburring machines produced in Taiwan. The physical and chemical testing equipment includes a Spark spectrometer, a C408 thermal analyzer, a HB-3000B Brinell hardness tester, a 5RB-PC metallographic analyzer, and a WE-W300B microcomputer digital display hydraulic testing machine.  

The company strictly controls product quality and rigorously adheres to standards, achieving excellent levels in both process yield and energy consumption per ton of qualified castings.
